As a system administrator, you can add templates and assets to your campaigns. Below is a brief description of how to add an asset to a campaign.
System Administrators can store asset(s) in campaigns as "Campaign Items" in order to group and organize materials with a common theme for an easy-to-understand End User experience.
Note that asset(s) must first be uploaded to Media Library.
Steps to Adding an Asset to a Campaign
- Upload the asset(s) to the Media Library and organize them into categories and tag with relevant descriptions, keywords, services, etc.
Note that the Media Library and the campaign environment are separate platforms, so any keywords, services or location settings that are applied to the asset in the Media Library are not carried over into the campaign. - Create a Campaign (if necessary)
- Add a new campaign item to the campaign
- Select Asset as the Item Type
- Fill in the remaining required information and click Save to save the campaign item to the campaign.
