Question: Why am I Getting Unexpected Behavior When Trying to Add an Asset to CampaignDrive?
If the asset has special characters, then it's possible that the asset will not upload to the system or attach to a campaign item.
Sometimes punctuation characters sneak into file names when they;re on a local machine (either PC or Mac). However, to ensure assets uploaded to CampaignDrive behave as intended, make sure to strip out any punctuation characters and leave only alpha-numeric characters.
