      How Permissions Specifically Affect Visibility In the Navigation Bar

      What any type of user sees in different parts of the site is a result of their permission set.

      Navigation Bar

      The options a CampaignDrive user has in their navigation bar is a direct correlation of the permissions their role has. Below is a screenshot of options an End User could have in their navigation bar on the home page. 

      • The ability in the search bar to search "Campaigns" or "Media Library" is a result of an End User having the "Can search campaigns" permission. Without this permission, the End User can still search the Media Library. If they do not have the "Can search assets" permissions, the search bar will not appear at all. 
      • The "house"/"home" button is automatically available for all users. 
      • The "Campaigns" item is a result of an End User having the "Can view campaigns" permission
      • The Media Library item is a result of an End User having one of three permissions
        • The "Can search assets" permission - Allows an End User to search the Media Library
        • The "Can upload assets" permission - Allows an End User to upload to the Media Library
      • The "My Stuff" item is a result of an End User having one of five permissions: 
        • The "Can view Manage Documents page" - Allows an End User to see the My Documents page
        • The "Can place order for print on demand" - Allows an End User to see the My Orders page
        • The "Can view favorites" - Allows an End User to see the My Favorites page
        • The "Can manage boards" - Allows an End User to see the My Boards page
        • The "Can use logos/company names" - Allows an End User to see the My Logos/Company Names page
        • The "Can see My Assets - Allows an End User to see/manage the assets they've uploaded
      • The "Dashboard" item is a result of an End User having the "Can view dashboard reporting" permission
      • The Document Approvals item is a result of an Admin User having one of three permissions
        • The "Can approve/reject print documents" - Allows an Admin User to see the Print & Digital page
        • The "Can approve/reject HTML documents" - Allows an Admin User to see the HTML page
        • The "Can manage document approver settings" - Allows an Admin User to see the Document Approver settings page. 
      • The User Registration item is a result of an Admin having one of two permissions: 
        • The "Can manage pending users" - Allows an Admin to see the Registration Approvals page
        • The "Can manage registration settings" - Allows an Admin to see the Registration Settings page
      • The Pickup item is a result of a Vendor having the "Can view pickup page" permission
      • The Shopping Cart icon is a result of an End User having the "Can view cart" permission
      • The Question Mark/Help Content icon is a result of an End User having the "Can view help content" permission
      • The Multilingual/Locales icon is an automatic offering to End Users.
