The collateral type categories in reporting are too generic for our team
You can add collateral types to your CampaignDrive instance in the "Campaign Item Collateral Types" area.
If you want to add specific collateral types for reporting purposes, you can do in the "Campaign Item Collateral Types" area. Once a new collateral type has been added, it will be immediately available in the Content Item Management view.
This process is illustrated below by adding "Consent to Contact Card" as a collateral type.
