How to add end user styling options to content management text tags in CampaignDrive.
Text, Select, User and Location tags all have styling options that an admin may enable for end users (content tags do not have styling options). When enabled, they allow the end user to select from any font, text color or text size that the admin has enabled for that tag.
Note in the screenshot below that there are 5 color chips that are available. Black, white and three that are custom. As mentioned before, any color chip created within the system is available for use, as is any font that is installed. The default options are marked by a dot (as seen in the font “Adobe Caslon Pro Bold”, the black color chip and the font size of 12 ). Note that, for text size, only the default text fields will appear as selections - no custom text sizes are currently available.
Clicking the check box next to any font, font size or clicking on a color chip will activate that styling option for that tag. See below that an additional font, “Alegreya Black”, an additional color (dark green) and an additional font size (11) have been applied to this text field:
On the front end, any field that has styling options has a link below it. When that link is clicked, the options appear underneath the link:
If there are no styling options for a field, then the link does not appear. If there are only styling options for some of the options, then only the relevant selections will appear.
