Question: Why is My Site Part Not Appearing Upon First Page Load
If a site part is not appearing upon first page load, but is appearing if a page is refreshed, there's a simple solution: change the word select in the URL to index and re-save the site part. Upon navigating to the page again, the site part will appear.
