The Program Reporting feature allows system administrators to pull usage data from all campaigns, regardless of the level of the campaign.
You’ll be able to access the Program Reporting feature by going to the Dashboard tab in your navigation bar and clicking on the Program Reporting button.
Using the campaign drop-down list on the program reporting page, system administrators can pull information for all of their campaigns regardless of level, or select a few campaigns to look at more specifically. Clicking Apply will pull the usage for the selected campaigns only and will display numbers for the print, digital and HTML documents generated as well as the number of assets downloaded.
View Details
By clicking the View Details button, System Administrators can see the:
- Name of the asset or template
- Collateral type, which will either be Document, HTML Document, or Asset
- Collateral Item Type
- File path where the template or asset lives
- Number of times a document was generated, or an asset was downloaded
Export Details
Using the Export button will output a CSV file of the sub-campaign information so System Administrators can create custom reports/Pivot tables.
