System Administrators and vendors can access a CSV export that details order information and content populated in a template using text tags and pricing item attributes.
System Administrators and vendors can use the Order Information with Template Data data export to take structured content out of templates that have been ordered and pass the information into a .CSV file export.
- Only content that has been inputted to pre-specified text tags on a given template will be accessible as fields in the export.
- Once a template has been assigned a pricing item, it is eligible for showing up on the Orders Report. If there are text tags (text, location, user, select) or custom pricing item attributes used in that template, then those fields will be included in the Order Information with Template Data export.
- All admins have the ability to export this report, not just the individual print vendor who is assigned to fulfill the order. This is derivative of the permission to view the Orders Report.
- It is possible to have this information hosted on a server where where a third party (i.e. a print vendor) can remotely access.
