"Re-using" your document is the quickest and easiest way to use a template you've previously created, while swapping out text or images to essentially create a new template.
To re-use one of your previously customized documents, please use the following steps:
- Navigate to My Stuff in your navigation bar and then click My Documents.
- Once you are in your personal documents section, go to the right of the screen to where the Action items are. Under the word Action, select the re-use icon (appears as a circular arrow) and click on it. Clicking the re-use icon will open up a newly copied draft version of your previous template.
- Rename your new template. This will prevent confusion between your new template and the old one.
- Proceed with customizing your new template the same way you would customize a template you made for scratch. When you are done, click Finish.
