My Stuff: Reusing a Document You've Already Customized

"Re-using" your document is the quickest and easiest way to use a template you've previously created, while swapping out text or images to essentially create a new template.

To re-use one of your previously customized documents, please use the following steps:

  1. Navigate to My Stuff in your navigation bar and then click My Documents.
  2. Once you are in your personal documents section, go to the right of the screen to where the Action items are. Under the word Action, select the re-use icon (appears as a circular arrow) and click on it. Clicking the re-use icon will open up a newly copied draft version of your previous template.
  3. Rename your new template. This will prevent confusion between your new template and the old one.
  4. Proceed with customizing your new template the same way you would customize a template you made for scratch. When you are done, click Finish.
