A high-level overview of the Longform document builder.
Longform is an additional interface option that can be used to combine multiple master templates into a single campaign template. Longform is primarily intended for documents of a significant length that have different content sections, however, there are other benefits of using Longform for even a single template. Longform offers the following features:
- End users can re-arrange the order of the templates (referred to as "sections") that make up the Longform document.
- End Users can hide document sections and content within sections.
- Admin Users can group layers on the back end to organize content into meaningful editing experiences.
- End Users can upload entire PDF documents between the pages of a Longform template.
- Longform provides an alternative to the Studio Compose interface that has all of the content management features available in Studio Compose with a form-style interface.
The Longform Interface
The new UI is divided into four sections:
- A Document Controls pane at the top of the page with document-wide settings and controls.
- A Document Sections pane, which is the list of section templates that make up the Longform template.
- An Editing pane where users can enter, select, and edit content.
- A Preview pane that displays the current section and has controls for user-uploaded content.

- Save a draft document.
- Finish the document.

User-Uploaded Content
- PDF documents may be uploaded between template pages in a section.
- Once uploaded into the Longform template, the PDF will be stored in a new Longform Document Uploads folder.
- Users can upload multiple documents between template pages.*
- These documents will appear in the order uploaded. To change the order, documents must be removed and re-uploaded.
*Note that PDF is the only file type that can be uploaded here.
