Integrating Your Preferred Vendors with CampaignDrive

Field marketers can order commercial prints of their localized marketing pieces using CampaignDrive’s ordering workflow. CampaignDrive master system administrators can add a print vendor to their system at any time by using the Vendors page in the Admin area.

Once a vendor has been added to the platform and content/pricing has been associated with that vendor, vendors can pick up finished/customized pieces within the platform or receive files via email for production/fulfillment. 

There are additional options for integrating a vendor via an API to CampaignDrive - please contact your Customer Success Manager for more details 

Other Considerations

Payment

Currently, End Users can make purchases on the platform via billing accounts and or credit cards. Billing accounts can be easily set up in the platform; credit card processing requires more detail/time for setup. Contact your Pica9 Customer Success Manager for details on getting payment methods set up and/or read the specific knowledge base articles. 

Tax/Shipping Costs

Do you need the platform to calculate shipping costs and tax, or do you want the print vendor to make these calculations? They may prefer to shop around for the cheapest shipping method. You can also add a shipping surcharge to every order, if necessary. 

Separate Billing Account Address

Will the order need to be billed to the address assigned to the location, or is there a separate address for the billing account?

Approvals

Do orders/order costs need to be approved prior to being sent to the vendor?

Specific Order Fields

Does your vendor require specific information to be sent over in a specific format?

Currency

Do your End Users use Dollars, Great British Pounds, or another currency?
