FAQ: What if I don't select "Locations" or "Services" for a template?
In CampaignDrive, selecting all Locations/Services means the same thing as selecting no Locations/Services - everyone has access to the material. If certain Locations/Services are selected, that's when the material is only visible to certain groups.
For example, a campaign may only be available to New York, Colorado and Florida - however, Florida is the only state that has the "Testing" service available. When a template is uploaded to the campaign that New York, Colorado and Florida have access to and the "Testing" service is applied, only Florida will see the template. When the "Testing" service is removed, all three states will have access to it.
