FAQ: How do an end user's "My Favorites" work if there are changes to the template?
If a template is removed from a campaign: The favorite is removed from "My Favorites".
If a template is made inactive: The favorite stays in "My Favorites" and remains customizable .
If a template is moved (i.e. cloned back to master and added to a different template): The favorite is removed from "My Favorites" because it is now a different template.
When a template is made inactive and then updated and made active again: The template in the "My Favorites" area updates to the latest version of the template.
