System Administrators can apply expiration dates to their images as well as upload usage rights or other supporting documentation in CampaignDrive.

Image Availability and Documentation

If photographic images, video, or other creative asset types in your creative team's toolkit have a limited lifespan according to the asset's usage agreement, then it's important to make sure any documentation associated with that asset is readily available and when the asset's contracted end date comes up that it ceases to be available to your End Users.

CampaignDrive supports these needs with a few simple clicks. Once an asset has been uploaded and released to the Media Library, then an Asset Manager can Edit the uploaded asset to include any Usage Rights documentation as well as set an expiration date for the Asset so that it becomes unavailable after that date.

When viewing assets in the Media Library, End Users will be able to see if and when an image expires and be able to download and review the usage rights documentation.
