Image Availability and Documentation

By default, all assets are set to have no Usage rights and will display a "No Usage Rights" designation.

If photographic images, video, or other creative asset types in your Media Library have a limited lifespan, then it's important to make sure any Usage Rights documentation associated with that asset is readily available.

During the asset upload process, an Asset Manager can apply a Usage Rights End Date and associate Usage Rights documentation.  This information is also available for editing once an asset has been uploaded by clicking the asset's Edit button.

When viewing assets in the Media Library, End Users will be able to see if and when an image expires and be able to download and review the usage rights documentation.

CampaignDrive can output a regular list that notes assets that have expired or that will expire. Talk to your Pica9 Customer Success Manager about getting this set up today.
